1. India and Singapore signed 10 bilateral agreements including a joint declaration on 'strategic partnership' and pacts for enhanced cooperation in areas like defence, shipping, cultural exchange, civil aviation, urban planning, cyber security, combating illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, as Prime Minister Narendra Modi met his Singaporean counterpart Lee Hsien Loong and President of Singapore Tony Tan Keng Yam during his two day visit to the nation.

भारत और सिंगापुर ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की सिंगापुर की दो दिवसीय यात्रा, जिसमें उन्होंने अपने सिंगापुर के समकक्ष ली सीन लूंग और सिंगापुर के राष्ट्रपति टोनी टैन केंग याम से भेंट की, के दौरान 'सामरिक साझेदारी' पर एक संयुक्त घोषणा तथा रक्षा, शिपिंग, सांस्कृतिक आदान-प्रदान, नागरिक उड्डयन, शहरी नियोजन, साइबर सुरक्षा, नशीली दवाओं के अवैध व्यापार का मुकाबला करने जैसे क्षेत्रों में सहयोग बढ़ाने के लिए समझौते सहित 10 द्विपक्षीय समझौतों पर हस्ताक्षर किए।

2. The Government has decided to observe 26th November as ‘Constitution Day’. On the day in 1949, the constitution was adopted which came into force on January 26, 1950 marking the beginning of a new era in the history of India. This year, the country is celebrating 125th birth Anniversary of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar. The 'Constitution Day' will be a part of these year-long nationwide celebrations.

सरकार ने 26 नवंबर को 'संविधान दिवस' के रूप में मनाने का निर्णय लिया है। इसी दिन, 1949 में संविधान स्वीकार किया गया था लेकिन वह 26 जनवरी 1950 से लागू हुआ था जिससे भारत के इतिहास में एक नए युग की शुरूवात हुई थी। इस वर्ष देश डॉ. भीमराव अम्बेडकर की 125वीं जयंती मना रहा है। 'संविधान दिवस' अंबेडकर जी की 125वीं जयंती के अवसर पर पूरे साल आयोजित होने वाले राष्ट्रव्यापी कार्यक्रमों का हिस्सा है।

3. The President of Sri Lanka Maithripala Sirisena inaugurated the Mahatma Gandhi International Centre (MGIC) in Matale. The center was inaugurated as a tribute to the contribution of Mahatma Gandhi to humanity and the continuing relevance of his principles and philosophy to mankind.

श्रीलंका के राष्ट्रपति मैत्रीपाला सिरिसेना ने मटाले में महात्मा गांधी इंटरनेशनल सेंटर (एमजीआईसी) का उद्घाटन किया। मानवता के लिए महात्मा गांधी के योगदान तथा मानव जाति के लिए उनके सिद्धांतों की सतत प्रासंगिकता और दर्शन हैतु श्रद्धांजलि के रूप में केंद्र का उद्घाटन किया गया।

4. China successfully launched the first satellite for Laos, named LaoSat-1. China's Long March 3B booster carried out this historic mission from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in Southwest China’s Sichuan Province. LaoSat-1 is a communications satellite, built by the China Academy of Space Technology (CAST).

चीन ने लाओस के लिए लाओसैट-1 नामक पहले उपग्रह का सफलतापूर्वक प्रक्षेपण किया। दक्षिण पश्चिम चीन के सिचुआन प्रांत में जिचांग उपग्रह प्रक्षेपण केंद्र से इस ऐतिहासिक मिशन को चीन के लांग मार्च -3 बी बूस्टर द्वारा पूरा किया गया। लाओसैट -1 एक संचार उपग्रह है जिसे अंतरिक्ष प्रौद्योगिकी की चीन अकादमी (कास्ट) द्वारा बनाया गया है।

5. The UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon announced the appointment of Michael Keating of United Kingdom as Special Representative for Somalia and Head of the UN Assistance Mission in Somalia (UNSOM). Keating will succeed Nicholas Kay, who will complete his assignment in December 2015.

संयुक्त राष्ट्र के महासचिव बान की-मून ने इंग्लैंड के माइकल कीटिंग को सोमालिया के लिए विशेष प्रतिनिधि एवं सोमालिया में संयुक्त राष्ट्र सहायता मिशन (यूएनएसओएम) के प्रमुख के रूप में नियुक्त किया है। कीटिंग निकोलस का स्थान लेंगे क्योंकि उनका कार्यकाल दिसम्बर 2015 को समाप्त हो जाएगा।

6. Pankaj Advani won the IBSF World Snooker Championship after defeating his Chinese opponent Zhua Xintong in the final at Hurghada (Egypt). This was 15th world title of his career

पंकज आडवाणी ने हरगादा (मिस्र) में चीन के झुआ शिंतोंग को हराकर आइबीएसएफ विश्व स्नूकर चैंपियनशिप जीता। यह उन्के करियर का 15वां विश्व खिताब है।

7. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has instructed the release of financial assistance worth Rs. 939.63 crore immediately to Tamil Nadu to assist it in dealing with the situation arising from the floods. The fund was sanctioned in response to the request of the Government of Tamil Nadu.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्‍द्र मोदी ने बाढ़ से उत्‍पन्‍न स्थिति से निपटने के लिए तमिलनाडु को तुरंत 939.63 करोड़ रूपये की वित्‍तीय सहायता जारी करने का निर्देश दिया। तमिलनाडु के अनुरोध पर यह कोष अनुमोदित किया गया है।

8. Noted Marathi actor Prashant Damle has been selected for Master Dinanath Mangeshkar Award for outstanding contribution in the field of theatre, film and music. The award will be presented by Lata Mangeshkar in April 2016 on the occasion of the death anniversary of Master Dinanath.

प्रसिद्ध मराठी कलाकार प्रशांत दामले को थिएटर, फिल्म एवं संगीत के क्षेत्र में अभूतपूर्व योगदान हेतु मास्टर दीनानाथ मंगेशकर पुरस्कार के लिए चयनित किया गया है। उन्हें अप्रैल 2016 में मास्टर दीनानाथ की पुण्यतिथि पर लता मंगेशकर द्वारा यह सम्मान प्रदान किया जायेगा।

9. Former Karnataka cricketer and Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) President K.M. Ram Prasad passed away. He was 82. Ram Prasad played Ranji Trophy for Karnataka during 1959-62. He was the president of KSCA during 1998-2007 and was also vice-president of BCCI.

पूर्व कर्नाटक क्रिकेटर तथा कर्नाटक राज्य क्रिकेट संघ (केएससीए) के अध्यक्ष के.एम. राम प्रसाद का निधन हो गया। वह 82 वर्ष के थे। उन्होंने वर्ष 1959 से 1962 के दौरान कर्नाटक की तरफ से रणजी ट्राफी मे खेला था। वह 1998 से 2007 तक केएससीए के अध्यक्ष रहे तथा भारतीय क्रिकेट बोर्ड के उपाध्यक्ष भी रहे।

10. Rising cricketer Kagiso Rabada has been named the ‘Newcomer of the Year’ at South Africa’s annual Sports Awards. Rabada, a pacer bowler, has shown his mettle in the ongoing tour of India after making his debut for the Proteas at the age of 19 last year.

उदीयमान क्रिकेटर कागिसो रबाडा को दक्षिण अफ्रीका के सालाना खेल पुरस्कारों में ‘वर्ष का सर्वश्रेष्ठ नया खिलाड़ी’ चुना गया। तेज गेंदबाज रबाडा ने भारत दौरे पर अपने प्रदर्शन की छाप छोड़ी थी। उसने पिछले साल सिर्फ 19 बरस की उम्र में वनडे क्रिकेट में पदार्पण किया था।
